Refunds and withdrawal

graspy is free during early access, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund right now.

When paid plans start

Business customers

If you use graspy for your business, payments are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. You can cancel any time; access runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days after taking out a plan to withdraw without giving a reason. If you asked us to start right away, which is what happens when you start using the paid plan, and you withdraw within those 14 days, you get your money back minus a proportional amount for the days you already used.

To withdraw, email support@graspy.app with your account email and the sentence "I withdraw from my graspy subscription". We refund within 14 days, to the same payment method.
